Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

2. How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Exchanges
